Nadja Barrantes is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of bedside nursing experience in areas such as ER, ICU, step-down, and surgery recovery. Originally from Brazil, Nadja has lived in the US most of her life and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Nadja joined Baptist Medical Group in 2024.
Dr. R. Scott Parker II is a West Tennessee native and completed his family medicine residency training at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. He graduated from Arlington High School, Christian Brothers University, and UTHSC. Dr. Parker is excited to join Tipton Family Medicine and to serve the local community. He has a passion for preventative care for all ages and hopes to be your family’s physician. He joined Baptist Medical Group in 2021.
