Dr. Jay Patchen is a board certified physician specializing in internal medicine. He has more than 37 years of primary care medical practice experience and knowledge to share with patients. Born and raised in the northeast U.S., Dr. Patchen is proud to have called Memphis home since 1988. He joined Baptist Medical Group in 2012.
Dr. Freddie Everson specializes in Family Practice and Family Medicine. He joined Baptist Medical Group in 2012 and is board-certified through the American Academy of Family Practice.
